About Andi

My primary experiences comes from my time as a solo makeup artist at hellwig hollow haunted attraction. I painted 25 looks on average each night within a 2 hour prep time.

I have also had the opportunity to assist as a guest artist for both the Dead end hayride makeup team in wyoming, mn and the william A irvin haunted ship makeup team in Duluth, mn.

Growing up, i always had a passion for the arts and makeup. After many years of community theater, helping with makeup in the dressing room, and some time working at a haunted attraction, I knew I wanted to make monsters.

After moving to the duluth area in 2020, i fell into a job as a makeup artist at hellwig hollow haunted attraction. entrusted with making each character come to life, i built my skills and enjoyed every moment of my 5 years there, quickly becoming a manager and close friend to the owner, dan. After his unexpected passing, i’m looking for my next adventure to continue practicing the skill he gave me the opportunity to learn.

experience

I almost exclusively work with an airbrush to create horror makeup looks. My primary skills are centered around haunt makeup (meant to stand out in the dark), but can be adapted to fit other settings.

I am equipped to appply prosthetics, create diy versions of prostetics when professional supplies are unavailable, and can handpaint makeup with cream palettes.
